I’m Kelly - a Clinical Educator, MBA grad, new parent, and former bedside RN who’s been exactly where you are: craving a career that works for your life, not the other way around.
After years in trauma, psych, and research nursing, I mastered the pivot. I’ve learned how to translate my skills into roles that fit my goals (and my life).
Today, I work in Learning & Development for a large health system, where I support hundreds of nurses each year as they transition into new roles. That gives me a front-row seat to what hiring managers are looking for, what actually helps nurses grow, and what doesn’t.
